A charger doesn't work or the scooter is messed up, What we do offer is this, If your battery goes dead within two hours of us delivering it to you we will come give you a new battery free of charge, After the two hours there is a charge of $30 and you can keep the extra battery we brought you, If you find out your charge does not work as long as you call us before 4pm we will come bring you a charge and replace your battery, Heres the big one, if you call me at 5pm and say your stranded because the battery is dead and you just started using it but i delivered it 5 hours ago i call BS, No one is spending $50 a day to store a scooter in their room, You used it. you drained the battery and you need another. if it is after 5pm there is nothing i can do for you till the morning if it is before 5pm i can help you out but its gonna cost ya,

When you reserve the scooter and then pay for it with a credit card you are giving Premier Vegas Rental implied consent to charge your card for a Mobility scooter rental.
